It might seem somewhat believable at first, but those wacky and technically impossible wheels are dead giveaways of the CGI fakery. Assuming the Apple car rumors are even true, prototypes wouldn’t be anywhere near this advanced testing stage. It also would not see the light of day until its official debut. But what could the Apple car look like? Will it be a sedan, like the Tesla Model 3, or an SUV like the Nissan Ariya?
One thing is probably for certain: it won’t be a pickup truck. The company needs the vehicle’s appeal to be vast and trucks, despite their popularity, are not for everyone. But a new report from MacRumors claims that the Apple car’s launch may not happen until 2025, at the earliest. A 2028 debut is actually more feasible.
