The shadowy teaser image highlights the SUV’s longer wheelbase, but leaked patent images give us an idea of what to expect from the design. The Envision Plus will incorporate styling cues from Buick’s latest design language applied to the 2021 Envision facelift, including slimmer headlights, a larger grille, and wider proportions that give the SUV more presence.
According to Buick, the Envision Plus will feature “GM’s most advanced electric architecture,” a new powertrain, the latest Buick eConnect infotainment system, and “industry-leading intelligent driving technologies.” In addition to the new powertrain, we’re expecting the Envision Plus to be offered with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 228 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque in the standard Envision.
